Westwood Golf Club is currently offering a limited number of Corporate Memberships to qualified companies. The Corporate Membership will be held in the name of the company, corporation, partnership or other form of multiple ownership (collectively called the Company). The Company, as the actual Member and owner of the membership, shall designate either 3, 4 or 5 people as the designees of the membership use privileges. The designee of the membership must be an officer, director, partner, owner, or employee of the Company and must submit an Application and be approved by the Club. The Company shall be responsible for payment of the required, non-refundable Corporate Membership Initiation Deposit held by an individual.
-
The designee of the membership shall be responsible for all dues, fees, and other charges incurred by the designee, family members, and guests. In the event the designee fails to pay any debt, the company shall be ultimately responsible.
-
The Corporate Membership allows the designee to use all of the Club's facilities. Designees shall not be charged green fees for use of the golf facilities, but shall pay all applicable guest fees, cart fees, and/or caddie fees established by the club.
-
Designees of Corporate Memberships shall pay the same dues, fees, and other charges as any Regular Member of the Club. These Corporate Memberships, however, will not be required to pay assessments nor shall they have the right to vote.
